Format:
- In-Person & Flexible Online Counselling
- Face-to-face sessions are held at my office 517 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne 3004
- Walk and talk therapy at Albert Park Lake, Melbourne, VIC 3004
- Online Support via Skype/WhatsApp Web or Telehealth platform
- Online sessions can still be rich and insightful from the comfort and convenience of your home
- With early, after-hours and weekend availability, there’s always a spot for you for your 55-mins session. No wait times.

Pricing:
Individual session
Couple Counselling
Couples Counselling for one and half hours
(recommended for the first session)
I will listen actively, ask questions and use cognitive, behavioural and mindfulness-based approaches such as a mix of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy and Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT).
Together, you and I will explore your concerns, set goals and work towards solutions. Sessions typically last 50 minutes and occur on a usually weekly or once a fortnight basis.

Each session time is 50 mins long.
- $115 for an individual session
- $149 for Couple Counselling
- Couples Counselling for one and half hours $250 (recommended for the first session)
- Online Couples and Individuals are charged the same fee as face-to-face clients

Walk and Talk therapy format is held at Albert Park Lake, Melbourne 3004.
Alternatively you can book an online session via Telehealth Platform, Skype/WhatsApp Web.
Walk & Talk Therapy is a therapeutic conversation in an outdoor, green and natural environment. The walking is secondary to the conversation, however it provides a different kind of therapeutic experience, one which combines the mind and the body.
Walk & Talk Therapy may be used occasionally, or be your preferred method of counselling, depending on what would be most appropriate for you.
Currently Medicare does not provide rebates for all counsellors.
No, currently private health funds rebates are not available.
No, you don’t need a referral to book your session.
Yes, I do work with NDIS clients.
AA Therapy relies on mutual respect of the therapist and the client. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens and if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, give me as much notice as possible. You can do it through the AA Therapy Booking Portal
Cancellations made with less than 36 hours of notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost.
