About
Hi, I’m Anastasia Auld — a Level 2 Registered Counsellor with the ACA.
I specialise in relationship challenges, work with couples, perinatal support, fertility struggles, and pregnancy loss.
With extensive training in CBT, Transactional Analysis, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, I combine professional expertise with a deep understanding of the client experience, gained through over 300 hours of personal therapy.
As a mum of an angel baby, I understand the complexities of fertility and pregnancy challenges, providing support with empathy and authenticity.
Attention and care
I provide a calm, warm and secure environment to explore any problems you’re facing right now in your life.
I strongly believe that human experience must be lived out loud and I’m here to listen, support and help.
I will consider your unique biological, psychological, social, cultural and spiritual factors contributing to your difficulties, with a focus on your requests and what is the most important to solve for you today.
